Accepted Forms of Payment

The Drivers Society accepts payment with American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa.

 

Applicable Sales Tax

All orders shipped to an address in the state of Massachusetts will be charged the state sales tax of 6.25%. In addition, we will charge any applicable sales tax for individual cities and towns where the shipment is sent in Massachusetts.

Orders outside of Massachusetts and within the United States of America will not be charged sales tax.

Orders shipped outside the United States of America will not be charged sales tax, import duties or other fees specific to the country or territory of destination. Any local taxes, duties or fees specific to the locale of destination will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  

 

Shipping and Fulfillment

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

All orders of in stock items (Belts, Jewelry, Scarves + Pocket Squares) will ship within three to five (3-5) business days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you when we expect to have the item available again.

Orders of Photographic Prints, Chess Sets, Bespoke Items or Special Orders are produced in limited runs or on a per order basis. Photographic Prints will be shipped within ten (10) business days of receipt of the order. For other items including Bespoke or Special Orders we will inform the purchaser of estimated timing for delivery.

Please note: Many of the items available from The Drivers Society are handmade. In order to achieve the results we demand for our customers the process of restocking may take slightly longer than we may anticipate. If this happens we will communicate immediately.

Orders of in stock items (Belts, Jewelry, Scarves + Pocket Squares) that are cancelled prior shipping will be subject to a 5% processing charge. Orders of Photographic Prints, Chess Sets, Bespoke or Special Orders that are canceled after production has commenced and prior to shipping may be charged in full and would not be eligible for a refund of any amount.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Shipping of orders of Belts, Jewelry, Scarves + Pocket Squares within the continental United States is free. All orders ship from Massachusetts, USA.

Shipping within the continental United States of all in stock items (Belts, Jewelry, Scarves + Pocket Squares) will have an anticipated delivery between two to five (2-5) business days from date of shipment.  A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order ships.

Shipping for orders of Photographic Prints within the continental United States will have an anticipated delivery of three to five (3-5) business days once the order has been shipped. Delivery time for all Bespoke or Special Orders will be dependent upon size and weight. In most cases delivery will require three to five (3-5) business days, but may take more time depending on the item. If we anticipate this will happen we will communicate to the purchaser immediately.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The Drivers Society currently ships to the following countries:

Americas: Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico
Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Singapore South Korea and Taiwan
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom
Middle East: Kuwait, United Arab Emirates
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

International orders are sent via DHL International Express with an anticipated delivery time of three to five (3-5) business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times for international shipments may vary based upon the time required for customs clearance in the destination country. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

The Drivers Society is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred for international orders. For shipments outside of the United States, the local customs office or other national or local authorities in the sending and/or receiving locale may apply separate import duties, taxes or fees. Any such taxes, fees or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser or their agent.

Photographic Prints, Chess Sets, Bespoke or Special Orders:

Costs for shipping will be charged in the following range of prices based on the destination. Exact cost for shipping is determined at time of sale based on item purchased.

Prints on Photo Lustre fine art paper are shipped in a tube. Prints on metal panels are boxed or crated depending on size. All packaging is designed to protect the integrity of the limited edition print.

Shipping costs for Photographic Prints, Chess Sets, Bespoke or Special Orders shipped outside the United States will vary based on country of destination, size and weight of the item being shipped. Cost for shipping to destinations outside of the United States will be applied at the time of purchase.

Returns

If upon receipt of your purchase of Belts, Jewelry, Scarves + Pockets Squares, you are for any reason unsatisfied with the product(s) you have received, you may return your item(s). The return of the item(s) must occur within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After fourteen (14) days have passed The Drivers Society will not replace or refund your purchase, unless agreed to via writing.  

Please note: All discontinued, sale or clearance items, Bespoke or Special Orders and all Photographic Prints are final-sale and cannot be returned unless received by the purchaser in damaged condition.  

Shipping costs on any return of products to The Drivers Society are non-refundable. Please ensure use of a method of return shipping that provides shipment tracking. We also recommend insuring an item that is returned. The Drivers Society cannot guarantee receipt of packages without return tracking. If an item is lost or damaged in the process of being returned to us, The Drivers Society is not responsible. We do not accept returns on sale, discontinued or clearance items, Bespoke or Special Orders.

To be eligible for a return of your item it must be unused and unworn, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.  Products must be shipped with all of their original shipment packaging, including any protective materials to be eligible for a refund.

The purchaser or the party returning the item is responsible for paying all return shipping costs and insurance. This includes any fees or duties that will be charged to The Drivers Society for returns received from purchases that were shipped outside of the United States. Once your item(s) is received and your return is processed the merchandise cost will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

RETURNING GOODS RECEIVED DAMAGED

If the product you have ordered from The Drivers Society is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please contact us via email at help@thedriverssociety.com. Our service team will assist you. We will be happy to issue a refund for the item or exchange the item. If the damaged item is a Bespoke or Special Order we will make every effort to replace the item at the purchaser’s request. If it is not possible to replace the item due to the nature of the original which has been damaged, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative or we will issue a refund once the damaged item has been received.
